## Focusrite Scarlett

### Setup in PavuControl
|
|
|
|
This is instructions when setting up the Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen. You will need to have Linux kernel 6.8 or greater.
|
|
|
|
#### Configuration tab
|
|
|
|
In PavuControl, make sure the audio interface is set to the "Pro Audio" interface
|
|
- This is because we want the audio interface to not be taking both the output and the input smooshed together
|
|
|
|
#### Output Devices tab
|
|
|
|
Make sure that the applications have the correct device selected
|
|
- They will not output audio to your speakers/headphones
|
|

|
|
|
|
#### Input Devices tab
|
|
|
|
Same thing the Output Devices tab, make sure that the applications have the correct device selected |
